Scentora Fragrance is an online destination for fragrance lovers who want to explore and enjoy luxury scents through curated decants, samples, travel sizes, discovery sets, and gift sets. We make it easy and affordable to experience high-end perfumes without the need to commit to a full-size bottle.


2. Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes — we only offer 100% authentic and original fragrances, sourced directly from authorized retailers or distributors. We never sell replicas, knock-offs, or imitation scents.


3. What is a decant?

A decant is a smaller portion of perfume that is carefully transferred from the original full-size bottle into a high-quality, travel-friendly atomizer. This allows you to test a fragrance or carry it with you conveniently.


4. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer a variety of sizes, including:

  • Sample vials (typically 5ml)
  • Travel sizes (7.5ml–10ml)
  • Discovery sets with multiple curated scents
  • Gift sets for special occasions
    Please note: We do not sell full-size bottles at this time.

5. How are your decants prepared?

Each decant is hand-filled under hygienic conditions using sterile tools to preserve the integrity of the fragrance. Bottles are clearly labeled and securely packaged.


6. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days
    You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to select international destinations.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.


8. Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@scentorafragrance.com within 3 days of delivery.


9. My order arrived damaged or is missing items. What should I do?

Please email us at info@scentorafragrance.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.


10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing. However, for large personal orders or special requests, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
