📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
Shipping fees and duties may apply and are calculated at checkout.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@scentorafragrance.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees on undeliverable packages.
